Today, the First Deputy Prime minister Mr. Askar Mamin has checked out the work of the armored wheeled vehicles production plant.

During the visit the First Deputy Prime minister inspected all engineering procedure of production: sections of metal laser cutting, plasma and water jet cutting, armored steel bending, armored hull welding, paintings and assembly shop of the armored vehicles.   

During inspection of all sections and finished vehicles of “Arlan” AWV and “Barys 8х8” AWV Mr.Askar Mamin gave a high appraisal to the plant, and also emphasized the necessity of further localization of the production and export of products to near and far-abroad countries.  

It should be noted that at the plant engineering and technical staff is formed, design office fully meet customer needs is created.

The first batch of “Arlan” armored vehicles was delivered to the Armed Forces of our country in 2016.The staff was trained for ensuring effective operation of the vehicles. 

In Armed Forces of Kazakhstan the trial army operation of “Arlan” armored vehicles begun service in Ground forces is carried out.
